Late-breaking abstract deadline: May 25, 2019
Authors are encouraged to submit a camera-ready abstract (Letter-sized with 1” margins on all sides) in a PDF format. Late-breaking abstracts will be accepted through May 25, 2019
The abstract is 1 page and may include figures, tables, and references. The title should be placed at the top, followed by the author name(s), affiliation(s) and address(es), and email address of the corresponding author. The name of the presenting author should be underlined. The text should be written in Times New Roman font, 12 points, with single spacing and justification, as seen in the template.
If your abstract includes digital photographs, please make sure that they are clearly visible. Captions should be added to any figures and tables. References, if present, should be referenced by the number “” in the text, and listed at the end of the text as, e.g., .
At the end of the abstract, indicate whether oral or poster format is preferred. This will not count against the 1-page limit.
